started out as basically just a run down and out of date Robotic Dog at
S.P.D. When he risked his life to save Sydney, he was going to be decommissioned
and shut down. However, Syd had Bridge & Boom do an Extreme
Upgrade to R.I.C.
Now R.I.C. has been brought up
to date with a Phase Six CD/DVD Player, A Projector, Refrigerator, Amped
up Weapons System, Upgraded Surveillance Capabilities, and New Tracking
Software.
Plus, when the Rangers need a
massive cannon weapon, R.I.C. can be morphed into one. Once R.I.C.
is in his Canine Cannon Mode, he can fire out a tremendous blast. It
now also appears that the blast R.I.C. Fires out in Canine Cannon mode
has the power to place the villain into a containment card.
Another new power of R.I.C.'s,
seems to be his ability to Morph himself into a scooter for the Rangers
to use.
Kat and Boom did some more
upgrading to R.I.C. and thus enabled him with the power to Morph into
the Battlized Armor for the Red Ranger.
