Omni is the reason why Emperor Gruumm stole Diamonds, Gold, Iridium, a piece of the Meteor, and Hymotech Plasma.  All of these were going to be used in order to build  The Magnificence for Omni.

With all of those stolen items, and Gruumm's Ship, Omni's Magnificent Body was completed.  Omni went to earth to conquer it.  However, the B Squad responded by fighting with the S.W.A.T. Megazord.  The battle was going in Omni's favor, but once Commander Cruger & Isinia opened up a panel door on the Magnificence, it allowed the Rangers to use the Megazord's Blasters to destroy the Magnificence and Omni once and for all.
