Biography:

Bridge is a very intelligent, though scatter brained, individual.  Though he is prone to asking long drawn out questions that only end up confusing everyone.  Bridge trained for a great time at the S.P.D. Academy until he worked his way to becoming a B Squad Cadet, along with Sky and Syd.

When the time came to give the B Squad their Rangers powers, Commander Cruger assigned Bridge as the Green Ranger of the B Squad. 

Though not always seen as a "all together" guy, Bridge showed himself as very intelligent.  He paid close attention to details.  Plus, while he may have rambled on with facts, it was only due to him being extremely attentive, a great skill to have with S.P.D.

In the final battle, Bridge and the rest of the B Squad faced off against the betrayers, the A Squad.  Together, the Rangers defeated the evil A Squad and contained them.  However, they were then captured by Gruumm's forces and taken onto his ship.  Thanks to Piggy, the Rangers and Cruger managed to escape.

While Commander Cruger remained inside the Magnificence, Bridge and the other Rangers morphed and piloted the S.W.A.T. Megazord, and were able to destroy Omni.  

Thanks to their true courage, heroism, and valor in the seemingly insurmountable odds, Commander Cruger wished to elevate Syd, Z, Bridge & Sky to A Squad.  However, the Rangers had talked it over and decided that they wished to remain as B Squad.  With that being done, Commander Cruger made it to where there would be no more A Squad, thus making B Squad the highest rank.  

Due to the fact that Sky was promoted to S.P.D. Red Ranger, Bridge was then promoted to the rank of S.P.D. Blue Ranger.  Thus making Bridge second in command of the S.P.D. B Squad Power Rangers.
