Spotty Eyed Monster

When Gruumm went back to 2004, he had Mora create three monsters to attack the Earth with.  This was one of them.

This monster was destroyed by the Yellow Dino Thunder Ranger & the Yellow & Pink S.P.D. Rangers, thanks to their blasters.
