Kraw was a criminal known throughout the cosmos.  Therefore, when he first came to Earth, he had to disguise himself as a trusted being, and he chose Professor Cerebros.  

While disguised as the Professor, Kraw worked for Broodwing by sending the Dragouls to attack New Tech City, as well as changing the trajectory of a Meteor so that it would crash into the city.

However, When the Rangers went to ask the “Professor” about the meteor heading for the city, Bridge was able to use his Psychic Abilities to see through the disguise.  The Rangers battled him and Kyrbots with the S.W.A.T. Armor & Delta Enforcers.  After the Rangers finished off the Krybots, they managed to defeat Kraw and use the Delta Enforcers to place him in a Containment Card.  

Kraw was found guilty of Identity Theft and Endangering the Public At Large.
