This is the second Dragoul that Broodwing unleashed upon New Tech City.   In the Ranger's first battle against it, they fought with the Delta Max Megazord, but were unable to defeat it.  

In the second battle, the Rangers fought with the Delta Squad Megazord, Omega Max Megazord, but they were no match and the monster grew even larger.  Then the Delta Command Megazord joined in the fight.  But even these three Megazords were not enough.  It took the combined fire power of the three Megazords & the S.W.A.T. Megazord Cannon to destroy the Second Dragoul.
