Devastation

Devastation was the most wanted criminal in the universe, and he is also Shorty’s big brother.  He arrived on Earth just in time to save Shorty and Morgana from a blast from the Canine Cannon.  He took on Shadow Ranger, while the other Rangers took on Shorty and Morgana. Together, the three of them were able to defeat the Rangers, and then left them to think about their defeat.

After the Omega Ranger destroyed Shorty with the Omega Megazord, Devastation vowed revenged.  He tried to fight the Omega Ranger, but in their first battle, the Omega Ranger proved too powerful.

When Devastation and Morgana returned, they first had the Krybots battle Omega.  After he finished the soldiers off, Devastation and Morgana took on the Ranger themselves.  Omega was beginning to loose the battle.  That's when the B Squad Rangers showed up to help.  Though at first the Rangers did not seem to be any better, they finally did manage to beat Devastation.

The Omega Ranger used his Morpher to judge Devastation, and the monster was found guilty of Wanton Destruction & Disturbing the Peace.  Omega Ranger attacked Devastation with his Light-Beam Attack, but even after that, the monster escaped to the Robot of Destruction.

The Rangers were able to use both the Delta Squad Megazord & Omega Max Cycle to stop and destroy the robot.  After the robot was destroyed, Devastation was contained.
