Changtor was a wanted criminal that attacked Earth in the C Sector.  Commander Birdy ordered that the Yellow and Pink Rangers.  When the two Rangers went to investigate, they were forced to fight him.  At the end of the battle, the Rangers were victorious.  However, Changtor was able to make himself grow, thus escalating the battle to the Delta Squad Megazord.  All five Rangers controlled the Megazord in battle and were able to defeat him.  Chantor’s status after he was defeated is unknown.
