Hydrax A.K.A. Diane

Hydrax was a Fernovian alien criminal.  Fernovians are plant based beings that has the ability to jettison water under an extremely high-pressured stream that can then cut through any object.  She was able to make her way to Earth where she began breaking into banks and stealing money.  

However, she was followed to Earth by T-Top, a bounty hunter.  Hydrax hired Broodwing to set T-Top up so that he would like the bank robber, and Hydrax, in her human disguise as Diane, would look like just a normal human witness.  But Bridge was the only one that believed that T-Top was innocent, and through his S.P.D. Detective Skills, he was able to prove Hydrax was really the thief.  

After she was revealed, Hydrax returned to her true form.  She battled the Green Ranger, but lost.  The Rangers used R.I.C. in Canine Cannon Mode to weaken Hydrax and then contain her.  She was then handed over to T-Top for safe keeping.
