T-Top

T-Top was a Bounty Hunter who came to Earth in search of the Fernovian criminal Hydrax.  The Rangers originally mistook T-Top for the real thief, all except Bridge.  After completing his research, Cadet Carson concluded that "Diane" was really the Bank Robber, and that T-Top had been framed by Hydrax and Broodwing.

Though T-Top was innocent, he did do a great deal of damage while on Earth.  He was given the captured Fernovia, and commanded to never return to Earth.
