This Robot was commanded by Delapoo.  When he, Genika & Chiaggo attacked New Tech City with their Robots, the Rangers fought back with their new S.W.A.T. Flyers, forming the S.W.A.T. Megazord.

Both Delapoo's and Chiaggo's Robots were destroyed by the S.W.A.T. Megazord's Blasters.
