Emperor Gruumm forced Broodwing to freely send this robot to attack New Tech City.  Broodwing had no choice and sent the robot, piloted by a Blue Head Krybot.  The Red Ranger fought and destroyed this Robot using the Omega Max Megazord’s Spin Out Attack.
