This Robot is Morgana's own Robot.  She first attacked the city with it, and placed the signaling device used to call Devastation, in the city.  The Rangers used the Delta Squad Megazord to try and destroy the robot, but were unsuccessful, and in the battle, the Delta Runners were badly damaged.

Devastation later used the Robot to try and escape the Rangers.  However, the Rangers were able to use the combined laser powers of the Delta Squad Megazord and the Omega Max Cycle to destroy the robot.
