Broodwing supplied this Robot, piloted by a Bluehead.  It attacked Kyoto by stealing Kyoto Shrines.  Kat & Cruger took the Delta Command Base to Kyoto via Hyperspeed Robo Road.  They released the Delta Runners for the Rangers to use.  The Rangers tried fighting the Robot with the Delta Runners, but were unsuccessful.  They put the Runners back in the base, and then the Rangers used the Delta Command Megazord to fight Morato.  With the Delta Command Megazord, the Rangers were able to restrain Morato with Super Crime Scene Tape.  However, the Robot was soon able to break free of it.

Kat managed to scan Morato and found out that the blue orbs on the hands of Morato were to key to releasing the Kyoto Shrines.  The Rangers used the Finger Lasers to destroy the orbs, and thus returned the shrines.  The Rangers then destroyed Morato with the Delta Command Megazord’s Full Power Attack.
