This Evil Robot was under the command of Bugglesworth and Sam.  When it first attacked the city, it transported, with Sam’s help, an office building from the city to the beach, twenty miles away.  In its second attack on the city, it battled against the Delta Squad Megazord.  However, it managed to get away.  In the last battle against the Delta Squad Megazord, it was destroyed with the Megazord's blaster.
