Isinia Cruger is Commander Cruger's wife.  She was believed to have been lost in the battle on Sirius.  However, Icthior told Cruger that Isinia was still alive.  

After capturing Commander Cruger, Emperor Gruumm revealed that after the battle where Gruumm lost one of his horns, Isinia was taken prisoner by the Troobians and has been alive all this time.

Once Commander Cruger and the B Squad were freed, by help of Piggy, Cruger found his wife and was able to rescue her from Emperor Gruumm.  Together, they managed to open up a door on the Magnificence for the Rangers to destroy the body of Omni's.  However, they were thought lost in the destruction.  Though they were soon found, and were safe and unharmed.
