Boom

Boom is Dr. Manx's assistant.  Five years ago, Boom tried joining the S.P.D. Academy, but after three days, he flunked out.  However, Commander Cruger saw good potential in him, and appointed him to Kat's Assistant.

Though at times he may seem to be just a goof, Boom has shown himself to be serious about his duties at S.P.D.  While he may not serve as a Ranger at S.P.D., he is just as valuable by testing the gadgets that the Rangers will use in battle.

In the final battle against the invading Troobian forces, Boom, Kat and Omega Ranger led the S.P.D. Cadets in battle to protect the Delta Base.  After the Rangers defeated Omni and Gruumm, Boom remained at S.P.D. Earth Station.
