Ally Samuels

Ally Samuels is the daughter of the owner of Samuels Clothing.  Jack found her one day loading up her truck with clothes.  He first thought she was stealing the clothing, but after realizing his mistake, Jack offered to help Ally in her work of giving out clothes to homeless.

After the final battle was won, Jack resigned from S.P.D. and went into business with Ally, with helping those in need.   They were also joined by Piggy.
