Valcon


Moltor decided to try an experiment.  He had all his Lava Lizards fight one another to see which one was the strongest.  After the last lizard was left standing, Moltor used his sword to transform the lizard into this monster, half lizard and half dragon, which he called Valcon.

The Rangers showed up and tried to attack, but with just one blast from Valcon, the Rangers were knocked down.  The monster and Moltor were then able to escape.

Valcon and Moltor then attacked the delivery drivers that were going to take the purchased Dragon Scale to Mr. Hartford.  After the drivers were gone, Valcon blasted into the truck and stole the scale for Moltor.  The Rangers arrived again and began fighting the powerful beast, but they were still outmatched.  It was the Red Ranger who did manage to find the monster's weak spot, it's back.  The other four Rangers then fired on Valcon's back, weakening it.  But before the Rangers could finish him off, Moltor jumped in and blasted the team.  By the time the Rangers regrouped, Valcon and Moltor were gone with the scale.

At a warehouse, Moltor was heating both Valcon and the Dragon Scale up great.  His plan was that once the scale reached a high temperature, it would expand and wrap around Valcon, thus making him invincible.  The Rangers found Moltor's location and went to get the scale back.  Moltor tried to stop them, but the Red Ranger took him on while the others made their way in and took the scale back.

However, the heating process was still going, so the Rangers formed the DriveMax Megazord in order to help contain the blast that would soon come.  The Red Ranger called for the Cement Driver, loaded it with gravel via the Drive Digger, and then formed the DriveMax Megazord Mixer Formation.  With this new formation, the Rangers fired a powerful blast of cement onto the warehouse, covering it entirely.  So when the explosion did occur, no real damage was done.

Valcon stumbled out of the rubble of the building, still unchanged, since the team got the scale back.  The Red Ranger then jumped in and fought the beast, weakening it.  The leader then powered up the Defender Vest and fired the Drill Blaster Mixer Mode at Valcon, during him to stone.  The blaster was switched to Drill Mode, and with one shot, Valcon was destroyed.
