Kamdor's
Ultreg

This Lock Themed Monster first appeared in the city, and was attacking Mira.  Luckily Dax happened to see this, and fought off the beast.

As the Rangers were making their way back to the Hartford Mansion, Ultreg attacked them and was after the two scrolls they had just attained.  The team morphed and started battling the brute, though he was much tougher than when Dax fought him.  During the fight, Mira showed up, thus allowing the monster a chance to get the scrolls.  He captured Mira and forced the Rangers to surrender the artifacts in exchange for Mira's safety.  After the Blue Ranger handed over the scrolls, Mira was thrown free and Ultreg transported away.

The monster showed up again in the city, wanting the third and final scroll.  The Rangers, minus Blue, arrived to take him on.  However, Flurious kept on eye on the events and decided to led a hand.  The icy villain sent a team of Chillers to attack the Rangers.  The Black Ranger called for his Hovertek Cycle to take out the Chillers, while the others handled Ultreg.

Even after the Chillers were gone, the team was still having a hard time with Ultreg.  Miratrix then showed up explaining how Ultreg had absorbed the power of the scrolls into his weapon, giving him so much power.  The Blue Ranger then arrived, and by working together, the team was able to knock Ultreg down a bit.

Miratrix asked for help from her master, Kamdor.  Kamdor then used Ninja Scrolls to make Ultreg grow to giant size.  The Rangers were ready and formed the DriveMax Megazord to fight the monster.  Miratrix then tried to infuse Ultreg with the power of the third and final scroll she had stolen.  However, when it fail, she realized that she had actually stolen a fake and Dax had planted for her.

Spencer showed up with the real scroll, and gave it to the Rangers.  With the real artifact, the Power Rangers were able to energize their DriveMax Saber enough to destroy Ultreg's weapon.  Once it was destroyed, the scrolls returned to normal and Spencer was able to retrieve them.  The Ranger then were able to finish Ultreg off with their Saber Slash Attack.
