Hammer of Mjolnir

The Hammer of Mjolnir, otherwise known as Thor's Hammer, was sought after by Moltor.  The lava villain went looking for it in the rain forest, after he had a Lava Lizard steal a map showing it's location.

The Rangers however, weren't about to let Moltor get the Hammer.  The Mercury Ranger was able to get to the artifact first.  But when Moltor unleashed a surprise attack on the Ranger, the Hammer feel into evil hands.  

With the power of Thor's Hammer, Moltor made three of his Lava Lizards grow giant size, and even larger.  Luckily, the Mercury Ranger came back with his own surprise assault and got the item back.  He used it to even the scales, and made the DriveMax Ultrazord grow for the Rangers.  

After beating Moltor's forces, the Rangers returned the Hammer of Mjolnir to the base.  Later, Rose and Ronny placed the two ancient weapons on a table together.  After they had gone, the two items then started reacting to one another.  

Learning from the Yanamamae Statue, that they had to go to Mexico, the Rangers were then able to use both the Cannon and Thor's Hammer to blast open a rock formation.  Inside the rocks lay a large ancient compass.

After freeing the compass, the Hammer was returned to Thor.
