Parchment

This Parchment was released by the Hou-Ou Bird.  It's most likely a clue as to the location of the Touru Diamond.  Miratrix and Kamdor were in control of the paper, but were not able to translate the writings on it.  After Kamdor was beaten in battle by the Blue Ranger, using the Transtek Armor, he lost the Parchment.  

Rose, Dax and Mack took the Parchment to London, where Professor Ryan looked over it and attempted to translate it.  However, while doing so, Tyzonn, under orders of Moltor, attacked and stole the relic.  

When the Red Ranger went after Tyzonn, the Parchment ended up being torn during the battle.  However, after Tyzonn realized that by helping Moltor, that he would be helping in the destruction of other worlds, and after Mack saved his life twice, the alien returned the Parchment to Mack.  Once the two pieces of the document were together, the Parchment repaired itself.

When Mack and Tyzonn got the Parchment back to the base, it was Tyzonn that help reveal the hidden secret of the document.  By pouring a glass of lemonade on the Parchment, the citric acid ate away at the writings and revealed the longitude and latitude markings, thus showing the location of the Touru Diamond.
