Hou-Ou Bird

The Hou-Ou Bird is the Legendary Japanese King Of Birds that, according to legend, if you set it free, it will give you clues to the Touru Diamond, the worlds most precious diamond.  Also, according to legend, it bestows the holder with great power.

The Rangers went to retrieve the Hou-Ou Bird in Istanbul, Turkey.  However, when they arrived at the shop location, they were too late.  The shop had been broken into and the Hou-Ou stolen by Miratrix.

Kamdor instructed Miratrix on how to turn the Hou-Ou statue into a real bird.  Miratrix held the bird in the perfect angle with the sun, and the Hou-Ou Bird came to life.  The creature began to fly off, but Miratrix was right behind it.

After a while, the Hou-Ou released a Parchment, which Miratrix caught.  This Parchment is most likely a clue as to the location of the Touru Diamond.  After releasing the Parchment, the Hou-Ou Bird returned to its wooden statue form.
