Eye Of The Sea Jewel

With the Sword of Neptune pointing them to the island of Saint Lucia, the team headed out in search of the newest artifact, which they believed was the first Jewel of the Corona Aurora.  This Jewel was what Brown Beard the pirate had searched for all his life, and afterlife.  So when the Rangers were successful in finding it, with help from Brown Beard possessing Rose, the Pirate then stole the Jewel from the team.  However, before he could escape, Miratrix and her monster, Bombardo, attacked the stole the Eye from them.

Miratrix gave Bombardo the Jewel so that he could use it to destroy the city.  With the power of the Jewel, Bombardo was able to transform himself into a giant Saw Machine.  Luckily the Pink Ranger was able to destroy the monster's machine mode with the Shovel Driver.  In doing so, the Jewel was set free and taken back by Brown Beard.  

Later when the Rangers were back at the mansion, the Pirate showed himself and gave the Eye of the Sea back to the Rangers.  But disappointment soon followed, as the team discovered that the Jewel did not fit into the Sword of Neptune, and thus was not a Jewel for the Corona Aurora.  So, Rose let Brown Bread keep the Jewel, and the Pirate gave them his "Lucky Pearl".  This pearl did turn out to be what the Rangers were looking for.
