"Peace, Love, and Woe"

The kids are at the Youth Center helping prepare for the dance party that night.  Zack offers to give Billy some tips on asking a girl out, but Billy is more interested in his science experiments.	On his way out, Billy bumps into Marge, a pretty girl with the same intelligence level as Billy's.  The attraction is instantaneous.
The two stick around at the Juice Bar and eventually end up deciding to go to the party together.  Before the party, they also decide to meet up in the park to discuss Billy's weather experiments.	Rita then orders Madame Woe to capture the Blue Ranger at the park that afternoon.
As Marge waits in the park for Billy, Madame Woe arrives and transports her to another dimension.	Billy later arrives to only find Marge's necklace on the ground.  He is then attacked by Putties.
Billy calls for help and the others arrive to take the Putties out.	At the Command Center, Zordon tells the Rangers of Madame Woe, her powers and Marge's kidnapping.
Our heroes Morph and jump into action, but before they can fight, Madame Woe warps them to another Dimension.  The Blue Ranger finds Marge and promises to get her out.	The Rangers fight as hard as they can, but Madame Woe is too powerful in the dimension.
By combining their Power Coin's power into the Blue Ranger, he is able to escape the dimenion and battle Madame Woe.  The Blue Ranger is then successful in destroying Woe's jewel, thus freeing the other Rangers & Marge.	Reunited, the Rangers form the Power Blaster and destroy Madame Woe.
The team checks on Marge.  She's is in awe to have been saved by the Power Rangers.	At the party, Marge and Billy talk and she tells him how the Power Rangers, especially the Blue Ranger, saved her.
