"Power Ranger Punks"

The teens enjoy some volleyball fun at the park.	Meanwhile Baboo mixes up a potion to turn the Rangers in mean punks.
The Putties are sent in to distract the teens, while Baboo puts the potion into their drinks.	After finishing off the clay brains, Billy & Kimberly drink the water.  The potion turns them into punks and Billy knocks the remaining glasses over.  Jason, Zack & Trini are taken aback by their friends sudden change.
Rita then has Finster create a Terror Toad monster.	The next day at school, Kim & Billy are worse.  Kim even makes a date with Skull and Billy threatens Bulk.
Alpha teleports the teens to the Command Center & places Kim & Billy in a force field.  Zordon then explains what has caused the change in the two teens, as well as how to return them to normal.	Rita sends down the Terror Toad and the Red, Black and Yellow Rangers go to fight him.  The monster then swallows the Yellow Ranger.
Alpha is sent to retrieve the Singing Squash in order to make the antidote for Billy & Kimberly.	Things aren't going well in the battle as the Terror Toad swallows the Black Ranger next.
Billy & Kimberly are then given the antidote and they return to normal.  Zordon then informs them of the battle with Terror Toad and they Morph into action.	When the Blue & Pink Rangers join up with Red, Terror Toad still manages to swallow Red & Blue.  The Pink Ranger uses her Power Bow to hit the monster in his weak spot, thus releasing the other Rangers.
With the team regrouped, they attack Terror Toad and finish him off with another powerful shot from the Pink Ranger's Power Bow.	Later when Skull shows up for his date with Kimberly, he and Bulk get served on the volleyball court.
