"I, Eye Guy"

At Billy's garage, Willy, Billy's young protégé, shows everyone his virtual simulation game he's invented for the science fair.	On their way to the competition, the kids & Willy are attacked by Putties.  Luckily the teens are able to beat them & keep Willy safe.
Seeking Finster's advice Rita decides to use the Eye Guy monster to capture Willy & use his intelligence for her evil plans.	The teens & Willy make it to the Youth Center and get the invention set up.  Bulk & Skull show up to cause trouble, but are quickly dealt with.
But the Professor in charge of the Science Fair believes that Willy & the others were reckless and put other's experiments in danger with handling Bulk & Skull.  Willy is disqualified from the event.	Willy leaves and goes to the park, upset about being disqualified even though he didn't do anything.  Eye Guy then shows up and captures Willy in his main eye.
Our heroes go looking for Willy, but all they manage to find is his cap.  The teen then teleport to the Command Center.	Through the Viewing Globe, Zordon brings the team up to speed on what has happened to Willy.
The teens Morph into action and head for the quarry to fight Eye Guy.	Eye Guy proves to be too powerful.  Even the Power Blaster isn't enough to stop him, as he just continues to reassemble after each hit.
With Zordon's help, the Blue Ranger is able to find Eye Guy's Main Eye and take it out with his Power Lance, thus weakening Eye Guy.	Rita makes Eye Guy grow and the Rangers jump to their Zords and form Megazord.  They finish off Eye Guy with the Power Sword.
With Eye Guy destroyed, Willy is free.  The Rangers go to check to make sure he's okay.	When the teens & Willy return to the Science Fair, the Professor apologizes to Willy and admits he was not at fault.  He has more good news, he has judged Willy's invention and awards him first prize in the Science Fair.
