Coming out on Tuesday, February 7th is the compete season of Power Rangers Dino Charge on DVD. Let’s take a look at what all this set has to offer.


Millions of years ago, an intergalactic bounty hunter named Sledge tried to capture the Energems - ten mysterious colored gems with incredible powers. Keeper, the guardian of the Energems, fled to Earth, where en entrusted the Energems to the dinosaurs for protection. After the dinosaurs went extinct, the Energems were lost. Now, Sledge is back, and it’s up to the Power Rangers Dino Charge to hunt down the missing Energems and defeat the vicious Sledge - once and for all!


This DVD release has a holo slip cover over the DVD case. The artwork both the front and back is good. The front shows a good team shot of the core five Rangers, with the Dino Charge Megazord Para Raptor formation in the back. The back cover has Keeper with the Red, Purple, Graphite and Gold Ranger, the set description and all the episodes included on each disc. The individual DVD covers are the same as their individual releases. There is no insert card with the DVD release.


The Menus for the DVDs are once more all the same as the single releases.


This set contains all 22 episodes from Power Rangers Dino Charge, including the Halloween & Holiday episodes. From the Rangers discovering the Energems, to the mystery behind the Ptera Zord & Gold Ranger, to the Purple Energem & the epic battle with Seldge, all of Dino Charge is here.

#1. Powers From The Past

Millions of years after the mysterious and powerful Energems were entrusted to the now extinct dinosaurs for protection from a ruthless bounty hunter, a pair of courageous teens find themselves in possession of two of these long lost precious artifacts, and come face to face with a monster who will do everything in his power to steal them for himself.

#2. Past, Present and Fusion

A new teen finds his own Energem and joins Tyler and Shelby on their pilgrimage to the Dinosaur Museum, where they learn they are a part of the elite team called the Power Rangers. They are entrusted with protecting the Energems from a fierce bounty hunter named Sledge, who has returned and is more determined than ever to capture the Energems for himself.

#3. A Fools Hour

Sledge arrives on Earth to confront Keeper and the Rangers. He gives them a deadline to return the Energems, but coming up with a plan to fight back gets compromised when Tyler goes after Fury on his own. Can the Rangers figure out how to work as a team?

#4. Return Of The Caveman

Chase tries to help Koda adapt to modern day technology after he struggles to learn how to ride their new high tech Dino Cycles. But when they are caged in a cave by one of Sledge's monsters, Koda must rely on his caveman instincts to escape and save his friend.

#5. Breaking Black

When a Maori fortune teller asks Chase for help guarding her shop from a potential thief, Chase is happy to help, but falls under the spell of Sledge's latest monster, Spellbinder. The rest of the Rangers must quickly figure out how to help break Spellbinder's hold on Chase before their friend is lost to them forever.

#6. The Tooth Hurts

When faced with the fast-firing Cavity monster, Riley thinks Chase doesn't take the threat seriously, but soon learns that Chase simply has a different approach.

#7. Let Sleeping Zords Lie

When Sledge's monster stings the Ankylo Zord, Shelby must use her advanced dino knowledge to tame the wild beast.

#8. Double Ranger, Double Danger

When clone Rangers steal the real Rangers’ irreplaceable tracking device, Fury learns the location of the powerful Ptera Zord.

#9. When Logic Fails

The Maze monster, working with Fury, captures the Rangers until Riley’s logical mind helps them break free. But the delay has allowed Fury time to head toward the Ptera Zord.

#10. The Royal Rangers

When the Rangers find the Gold Energem among Royal Treasure, they decide to impersonate a Prince and Princess to lure Fury in and gain control of the powerful Ptera Zord.

#11. Break Out

Koda and the Rangers battle to save an arrogant prince and the Gold Energem.

#12. Knight After Knights

The Rangers must demonstrate their value to persuade their latest ally, the Gold Ranger, but find they do not have the willpower to do so when one of Sledge's monsters steals their courage.

#13. Sync or Swim

A fun rivalry between Tyler and Ivan becomes a problem when it interferes with the efforts of the Rangers’ to find and defuse a bomb planted by Sledge's monsters.

#14. True Black

When three Rangers become trapped in an underground tomb, it’s a race against time for Chase to master his new power upgrade before his friends are lost forever.

#15. Rise of a Ranger

Prince Phillip discovers money can’t buy the respect of an Energem when he embarks on his own quest to become a Power Ranger.

#16. No Matter How You Slice It

When one of Sledge’s monsters manages to break the Rangers’ bonds of friendship, it’s up to Riley and Koda to remind their team what they truly mean to each other.

#17. World Famous! (In New Zealand)

When one of Sledge’s transport pods is spotter in New Zealand, the Rangers head to Auckland and are shocked to discover the existence of a new Ranger.

#18. Deep Down Under

With the Purple Energem in hand, the Rangers race to find the Purple Plesio Zord before Sledge can destroy it for good.

#19. Wishing For a Hero

While searching for a new Purple Ranger, the Teens find all their personal wishes coming true in the worst way.

#20. One More Energem

With two Energems in Sledge’s possession, the Rangers and Kendall must take the fight to his ship in order to save the world.

#21. The Ghostest With the Mostest

When a monster kidnaps a Ranger and takes on their appearance during a Halloween party, Kendall must discover which of the team is a fake before their Energem is stolen.

#22. Race to Rescue Christmas

When Poisandra steals Santa’s Computer, it’s up to the Rangers to get it back before Christmas is cancelled.

The DVD set comes with no bonus features at all. There is not even a digital download code for you to have access to the episodes.


This is a very good set for fans of Power Rangers. Dino Charge was a solid season, with only a very few bumps along the way. It has great characters, mostly good humor, great action, and plenty of adventure. Being able to get all 22 episodes for around $10 is a great deal for any Power Rangers fan, young or old.

The Power Rangers Dino Charge: The Complete Season DVD is available starting February 7, 2017, wherever DVDs are sold. It should cost $10 to $15, depending on the retailer.
